Mixing Fall Colors

The seasons have changed and we have been going outside to observe what happens in our environment.  We have noticed that the leaves are changing colors! We see red, yellow, and orange.

Student's painted a Fall tree in their visual journals. It was such a shame that we only had red and yellow paint. Luckily our mighty learners discovered that when they mixed the yellow and red paint together they could create their own shade of orange!

Wishing all families a wonderful and restful Fall break, from October 14- 19.
